New Loveland Area transmission rates if RMR joins SPP

If the Rocky Mountain region (RMR) joins the Southwest Power Pool (SPP), new formula rates for Loveland Area Projects (LAP) transmission and ancillary services (Rate Schedules LAPT-ATRR, LAPT-DCTIE-IMEU, and LAPT-AS1) will take effect and replace the existing LAP transmission and ancillary service rate schedules. The current rate schedules (including L-NT1, L-FPT1, L-NFPT1, L-NFJDT, L-UU1, L-AS1 through L-AS7, and L-AS9) expire on September 30, 2026, and the new rates will begin before that date. These changes apply to customers who use transmission and related services and are intended to keep costs clear and support reliable power system operation.
