Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce found that Indian makers of certain off-the-road tires got unfair government help in 2023. Because of this, extra duties (taxes) will apply to these tires starting March 19, 2026, affecting importers and sellers. This means companies should prepare for changes in costs and rules soon!
