Real estate licensing boards extended

The law keeps real estate licensing boards running. The Real Estate Commission now sunsets on June 30, 2030. The Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers now sunsets on June 30, 2032. This maintains licensing rules that protect buyers, sellers, and lenders. The extensions apply as of June 30, 2026.
