Aquaculture records stay shielded from public access

The law keeps the public-records exemption for certain aquaculture records held by Florida’s Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. It removes the required sunset review and October 2, 2026, automatic repeal date. This preserves privacy for people and businesses with covered records but limits public access to those records. The exemption continues without an expiration date unless lawmakers change it. The change took effect when the act became law.
