Open-book law exam for Idaho surveyors

Beginning July 1, 2026, the licensing process for professional land surveyors in Idaho includes an open-book law (jurisprudence) exam. The Idaho Board of Licensure of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors sets the exam and gives it. This applies to people applying for a professional land surveyor license in Idaho.
