More instructors for Idaho concealed-carry law courses
Beginning July 1, 2026, more instructors can teach Idaho firearms and deadly-force law in approved enhanced concealed-carry courses. These instructors must be certified by the National Rifle Association or an equivalent organization. They must have taught an approved enhanced concealed-carry course for at least eight years. Their name and credential must appear on the course certificate.
