Beginning July 1, 2026, the law repeals three outdated alcohol laws. It removes the requirement for seller price lists (Idaho Code § 23-215) and the rule on appointing an attorney or agent for sellers (Idaho Code § 23-216). It also repeals an old savings clause on prior offenses and rights (Idaho Code § 23-103). Alcohol retailers and wholesalers have fewer state paperwork rules. State oversight tied to these sections no longer applies.
