Idaho technology grant gains funding and staff

Idaho’s Office of Information Technology Services gets an additional $56,200 from the Federal Grant Fund for the E-CORE program. This includes $23,000 for staff and $33,200 for operations, plus authorization for 0.50 additional full-time equivalent staff position. The funding and staffing cover July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Both additions took effect upon passage and approval of the law.

Idaho technology office gets furnishings funding

Idaho’s Office of Information Technology Services gets an additional $200,000 from the General Fund for Chinden Campus building furnishings. The money covers the fiscal year from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. This funding took effect upon passage and approval of the law.

More funding and staff for Idaho technology

Idaho’s Office of Information Technology Services gets an additional $10.681 million for staff, operations, and equipment. Funding includes $2.6934 million from the General Fund, $7.5332 million from the Administration and Accounting Services Fund, and $454,400 in federal grants. The law also authorizes 59.50 additional full-time equivalent staff positions. Funding and staffing cover July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The state must also transfer $458,700 from the General Fund to the Administration and Accounting Services Fund for staff costs on July 1, 2026, or as soon afterward as practical.
