Funds for Idaho military and emergency response

The law funds the Idaho Military Division’s operations for FY 2027. It provides $310,800 to the Military Management Program: $190,800 from the General Fund for trustee and operating costs, and $120,000 from the Indirect Cost Recovery Fund for payments. This funding covers July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and takes effect July 1, 2026. The law also transfers $17,800 from the General Fund to the Hazardous Substance Emergency Response Fund. The State Controller must make the transfer as soon as practicable. The money reimburses the Office of Emergency Management for hazardous‑substance response costs under Section 39-7110, Idaho Code, for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. This transfer is effective immediately due to the emergency clause.
