The law provides $310,800 for the Military Management Program for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. It includes $190,800 from the General Fund and $120,000 from the Indirect Cost Recovery Fund. It transfers $17,800 to the Hazardous Substance Emergency Response Fund to repay 2025–2026 costs under Idaho Code 39-7110. The transfer takes effect on passage and must occur as soon as practicable.
