One more staff position for Department of Administration

The law adds one full-time position (1.00 FTE) to the Department of Administration for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This authorization applies only to that year. The law does not set pay or ongoing funding for the position. Effective July 1, 2026.

2027 budget changes for Department of Administration

The law provides $1,229,600 to the Idaho Department of Administration for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Allocations: Management Services $91,900; Public Works $970,500; Purchasing $159,500; Insurance Management $5,700; Document Services $2,000. It also cuts $447,600: $365,000 from Public Works (General Fund) and $82,600 from Document Services in the Administration and Accounting Services Fund ($77,600 personnel; $5,000 operating). Money comes from several state funds named in the law. Effective July 1, 2026.
