More funding for Idaho Administration

The state provides $1.23 million to the Idaho Department of Administration for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Money is split: Management Services $91,900; Public Works $970,500; Purchasing $159,500; Insurance Management $5,700; Document Services $2,000. These dollars raise the department’s program budgets for that year.

One extra job at Administration

The law authorizes one additional full-time position at the Department of Administration. The staffing cap increases by 1.0 FTE for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Cuts to Public Works and Document Services

The law cuts $447,600 from the Department of Administration’s FY 2027 budget. It reduces $365,000 from the General Fund for Public Works. It also reduces $82,600 from the Administration and Accounting Services Fund for Document Services. These changes apply July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
