Beginning July 1, 2026, Idaho Housing and Finance Association must report all Continuum of Care and Emergency Solutions Grant funds it receives on or after that date. For each recipient and subrecipient, the report lists name and address, award or subaward by project, required match, unspent balance at grant end, and expenses by component. It also includes a short narrative of each program’s purpose, goals, and objectives. The report shows project results: people and households served, participation dates, services and their dates, income gains, completions and failures, and exit destinations. All data must be de‑identified, with no names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses, or contact details; victim service data that cannot be reported is excluded. By February 1 each year, IHFA sends the report to the governor and legislature and posts it online.
