One-year capital funds for Idaho Lottery

Beginning July 1, 2026, the state provides $25,800 from the State Lottery Fund to the Idaho State Lottery. The money is for capital outlay only during FY 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027). This is a one-time appropriation in addition to other funds set by law. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
