Funding for worker and victim claims

Beginning July 1, 2026, the state provides $440,600 for the Idaho Industrial Commission through June 30, 2027. Compensation programs get $365,100 total: $276,200 from the Industrial Administration Fund ($252,000 to operate and $24,200 for equipment), $68,900 from the Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Fund for benefit payments, and $20,000 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund. Rehabilitation gets $39,500 from the Industrial Administration Fund. Crime Victims Compensation gets $36,000 from the Crime Victims Compensation Fund. This money pays claims and keeps services running during that year. This funding is in addition to any other money allowed by law.
