Idaho ends Pacific Fisheries Task Force

The law repeals Idaho Code Section 67-452, which ends the Pacific Fisheries Legislative Task Force starting July 1, 2026. After that date, state law no longer provides for appointments or duties for this task force. This is part of a code cleanup to remove obsolete provisions. The act adds no new taxes, fees, or funding.
