Kansas State can sell Omaha vet site

The state board of regents can sell the Kansas State Veterinary Medical Center site at 9706 Mockingbird Drive, Omaha, Nebraska (Parcel 15A). The deed is executed in the board's name and signed by its chair and executive officer. All sale money goes to the center's restricted fees fund 36800-2590-5530. The Attorney General must review and approve the deed and title before the sale. If the legal description is wrong, a corrected one may be used, but approval is still required. The sale is subject to existing easements and is not subject to K.S.A. 75-6609.

Kansas State can sell Unger complex

The state board of regents can sell Kansas State University's Unger complex property in Manhattan, Riley County, Kansas. The deed is executed in the board's name and signed by its chair and executive officer. All sale money goes to Kansas State University's restricted fees fund 36700-2520-2080. The Attorney General must review and approve the deed and title before the sale. If the legal description is wrong, a corrected one may be used, but approval is still required. The sale is subject to existing easements and is not subject to K.S.A. 75-6609.
