The law sends all money from farming on state wildlife and parks land to the State Treasurer. The Treasurer deposits it into a new State Agricultural Production Fund. Wildlife and Parks keeps a separate account in the fund for each property. Money in each property account is for habitat work and other management costs on that property. Spending must follow state budget laws, with approved vouchers and state warrants, and this replaces the prior statute.
