Police exam age waiver for Daniel Montalto

The law lets Daniel Montalto take the police civil service exam. This applies even if he does not meet the usual age rules. If his score qualifies, he can be placed on Shawangunk's full-time eligible list. He must still meet all merit and fitness rules for full-time officers. This applies only to him and does not change rules for others. The law takes effect immediately.
