Direct ungraded egg sales with 150-dozen cap

Beginning November 1, 2026, Oklahoma egg producers can sell ungraded eggs directly to consumers. Sales can be on the farm, at a farmers’ market, or otherwise direct off-farm. The eggs must come from hens kept on the same farm where they are sold. To use this exemption, a producer may sell no more than 150 dozen ungraded eggs in a month. Producers may also sell graded eggs if they follow the subarticle’s rules.
