Warwick can sell 34 Warwick Lake Avenue

The City of Warwick can now sell or grant the property at 34 Warwick Lake Avenue (Plat 328, Lot 261). The city must follow the sale steps in state law §45-2-5. Past deed restrictions have expired under §34-4-24. This lets the city transfer the parcel and receive payment, creating a chance for buyers or grantees. The law takes effect upon passage.
