Some state agency rules stay active

The law keeps some state agency rules from expiring on June 30, 2025. It applies to permanent rules filed on or after January 1, 2024 that were in effect when the law took effect. These rules stay in place until an agency repeals or changes them, or a later law replaces them. A rule does not continue under this law if it conflicts with any other state law. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
