Lower threshold for certain driving crimes

Beginning July 1, 2025, Tennessee lowers a key percentage in two driving offense laws from 0.20% to 0.15%. Police and courts now use 0.15% when applying those two offenses. This means the offenses can apply at a lower measured level than before. The act makes no other changes.
