New rules and fees for boating card

To get a Tennessee boating card, you must pass a boating safety exam approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and the agency. The agency gives you a certificate that shows you passed. The commission sets the fee to issue your boating card, up to $15. A replacement card can have a separate fee, up to $15. These rules are in effect now.
