State health laws drop WHO, cite CDC

The law removes references to the World Health Organization in two Tennessee health laws. In one of them, it names the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention instead. This changes which outside health group the state cites in those rules. It takes effect immediately. It does not create new programs, fees, or benefits.
