Military recruiters get equal access in high schools

Public senior high schools must give official Tennessee and U.S. military recruiters the same access as other groups that get student directory information. Each school must also allow recruiters on campus to talk with students about careers and education. Recruiters must be allowed at least once a month during lunch. Schools must also allow one extra visit every other month for students who ask for more details. These rules take effect July 1, 2025.
