Military recruiters gain access to Tennessee students
Beginning July 1, 2025, Tennessee public senior high schools must give official Tennessee and U.S. military recruiters access to students. Schools must allow access during student lunch periods at least once a month to explain military education and career options. They must also allow access at least once every other month while school is in session for interested students seeking more information. If schools share student directory information with groups promoting jobs or education, they must give recruiters the same access.
