Covered ambulance providers now have 45 calendar days, not 30 business days, to meet the filing deadline. The law also moves a key program date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026, giving one more year. These changes take effect now.
The Office of Emergency Services must give the state health commissioner full access to ambulance run reports. The commissioner can share these reports and other requested data with the bureau to keep the assessment program in line with state and federal law.
