Easier livestock site registration for farms

Farms and other livestock sites that must register with DATCP still report what animals they keep and the type of operation. The law removes the rule to use National Animal Identification Plan (NAIP) standards for that information. NAIP is no longer in effect, so you can submit the details in other formats allowed by DATCP.
