Hearing protection for first responders

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation runs a program to supply hearing protection to law enforcement and fire agencies. Devices must be reusable and fit fully inside the ear canal. They must block at least 25 decibels and limit output to 80 decibels. Agencies can ask for any number they decide they need, and the department provides them on request.
