More veterans can add 'Veteran' on Wisconsin IDs

The law lets more former service members show "Veteran" on a Wisconsin driver’s license or state ID. You qualify if you served in the U.S. armed forces, reserves, or National Guard and meet VA home loan eligibility. This label is for licenses and IDs only and does not grant other benefits. It applies to applications received by the Wisconsin DMV starting on the law’s effective date.
