ICL Dead Sea Works — Sodom, Israel
World's only hypersaline lake potash extraction at industrial scale via solar evaporation alongside Arab Potash across the Dead Sea. Israel's largest exporter. Also the world's largest source of bromine — a separate critical mineral extracted from the same Dead Sea brine. The Dead Sea shoreline retreats ~1 meter/year; southern basin (where both DSW and APC operate) is now mostly artificial ponds. ICL and Arab Potash together risk exhausting the viable southern basin brine over decades.
