    Mine Extraction

    Potash: conventional underground room-and-pillar mining or solution mining (dissolve ore, pump brine to surface). Phosphate: open-pit dragline mining of phosphate matrix from sedimentary deposits.

  2. 02

    Ore Beneficiation

    Potash: flotation, heavy media separation, and crystallization to separate sylvite (KCl) from halite (NaCl) gangue. Phosphate: wet screening and flotation to upgrade rock from 15% P2O5 ore to 30%+ BPL concentrate.

  3. 03

    Phosphoric Acid Production (Wet Process)

    Phosphate rock reacted with sulfuric acid to produce phosphoric acid (H3PO4) and phosphogypsum byproduct; phosphoric acid is the key intermediate for MAP and DAP fertilizer.

    Granulation & Fertilizer Product Manufacturing

    Potash (MOP/SOP) compacted or crystallized into granules. Phosphate products: MAP and DAP made by reacting phosphoric acid with ammonia; TSP by reacting rock with phosphoric acid; all granulated for bulk handling.
