Tokuyama Corporation's main production complex in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; produces electronic-grade IPA (IPA SE) via proprietary direct hydration process (water + propylene, no sulfuric acid) achieving 99.99%+ purity. Tokuyama ships IPA SE to Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and China. Same site produces polycrystalline silicon for solar and semiconductor wafers.
