Title 16 › Chapter 6— GAME AND BIRD PRESERVES; PROTECTION › § 673a
The Secretary of the Interior may accept, at no cost to the United States, a gift of certain parcels of land in Teton County, Wyoming from the Izaak Walton League of America or its trustees. The gift includes the specific described parcels in township 41 north, range 115 west of the sixth principal meridian, together with any buildings, improvements, rights, easements, and related property. The land must be used and managed by the United States under the Secretary’s control for grazing and as a refuge for American elk and other big game. It must be called the Izaak Walton League addition to the winter elk refuge. Once conveyed to the United States, the land becomes part of the existing winter elk refuge and is subject to the laws that govern that refuge.
