The President must publish in the Federal Register certain decisions and actions about religious freedom. That includes designations under sections 6442 and 6442a (and, when practical, the officials, groups, or individuals found responsible), descriptions and effective dates of actions under paragraphs (9)–(15) of section 6445(a), notices of any delay in the report under section 6444(b), and any waiver under section 6447. The President may withhold some of this information the same way allowed under section 2414(c) if publishing it would harm national security or would not help the chapter’s purposes.
