Public comment window in early May 2026

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission set public comment deadlines at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on May 1, 2026 and May 4, 2026 for the listed electric rate and securities filings. If you want to intervene or file a protest in any docket named in this notice, you must file by those dates and follow FERC Rules 211, 214, or 206.

New market-based rate authorizations filed (initial rate filings)

Some companies submitted initial rate filings or applications for market-based rate (MBR) authorization with stated effective dates: Sun Ridge Solar, LLC applied for Blanket MBR Authorization to be effective July 1, 2026, and 45MG 8me LLC filed an initial Market Based Rate application to be effective April 14, 2026. These are formal requests to obtain authorization to sell power at market-based rates.

Compliance filings and tariff/amendment effective dates listed
