Beginning July 1, 2025, K‑12 school districts can get up to $75,000 per year for career and technical education equipment, up from $50,000. Grants still run for two years, for a maximum of $150,000 total. The state now checks spending over the last two school years, not five, and it counts money under W.S. 21-13-309(m)(v)(D) and the special reserve fund (W.S. 21-13-504). Districts that did not get a grant in the last two school years get priority for awards.
