Beginning July 1, 2025, the Secretary of State can cancel a Wyoming trademark, service mark, or trade name. This applies if cancellation is in the public interest and you gave fraudulent information, or you did not fix false information after the secretary asked. If grounds are found, the secretary sends you a written notice and explanation by certified mail. You have 60 days to respond. If you do not respond, or your response does not satisfy the secretary, the registration is canceled and you get certified-mail notice. You can appeal by petitioning the chancery court or a district court within 30 days of the cancellation notice and attach the documents; the court can order reinstatement.
