More Hathaway help for job training students

Beginning July 1, 2025, the law updates Hathaway scholarships for Wyoming community college programs with on-the-job training. More programs now count as a certificate, including paths that lead to a license, permit, or other job qualification. If you take fewer than six credits in one of these programs, you still get aid. Your payment is the base Hathaway amount times your enrolled hours divided by 12, for opportunity, performance, honor, and provisional awards. To keep eligibility in these low-credit programs, you must finish all enrolled credit hours each term, meet required training hours, and follow any college rules for on-time completion.
