Finalized Flood Map Changes for Listed Communities

If you live in or own property in the communities listed (states include AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, UT, and WY), FEMA finalized new Letter of Map Revisions (LOMRs) on the dates shown in the table (modification dates range from 2025-09-18 to 2025-10-15). These LOMRs revise the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (and in some cases Flood Insurance Study reports), are the basis for floodplain management measures communities must adopt or show are already in effect to remain in the National Flood Insurance Program, and the current effective community number must be used for all new flood insurance policies and renewals. Review your community map repository or the FEMA Map Service Center at https://msc.fema.gov to see how your property is affected.
