Published Date: 7/6/2026

Rule

Summary

If you fly or fix Airbus Helicopters Model H160-B with a special window upgrade (STC SR00223IB), listen up! The FAA found some window nuts that can loosen by hand, which isn’t safe. Starting August 10, 2026, you must fix these windows and can’t put the old unsafe windows or doors back on. This keeps everyone safer without breaking the bank or grounding your chopper for long.
