This bill specifies that certain Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) programs may award grants, and grantees may make subgrants, to local or regional nonprofit organizations, including faith-based organizations. The bill also specifies that SAMHSA may renew grants to residential treatment programs for pregnant and postpartum women for up to five years.
