Summary

Crop Insurance Fairness Act of 2018 This bill prohibits the Department of Agriculture (USDA) from modifying the method of determining assigned yields for the noninsured crop disaster assistance program unless: (1) USDA provides public notice of the modified method and the method does not apply earlier than the first crop year that is one year after the notice is provided; or (2) the modified method will increase the payment amount of the producer.
