Summary

Stop Tobacco Sales to Youth Act of 2018 This bill amends the Jenkins Act to require that the sale and delivery of electronic cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco be regulated in the same manner as traditional tobacco products, including to assess federal, state, and local excise taxes on the sale and delivery of these products.
