Cancel 2027 ACA marketplace rule

If enacted, this joint resolution would disapprove and cancel the CMS rule titled "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2027; and Basic Health Program" (91 Fed. Reg. 29526, May 20, 2026). This would stop the rule's proposed 2027 marketplace benefit and payment parameters and any Basic Health Program changes from taking effect. If you buy coverage on the ACA marketplace or are low-income and eligible for a Basic Health Program, your premiums, subsidies, or program rules would remain as they are instead of changing under that rule. The resolution would take effect upon enactment.
