CDC climate health help for communities

If enacted, this would continue the CDC Climate and Health Program. It would authorize $110 million each year starting in fiscal year 2026. The CDC would run it through the National Center for Environmental Health or a successor. The program would translate climate science, build decision tools, and guide planning for health risks. It would help State, local, Tribal, and territorial health agencies and communities prepare. The Secretary could not move this money to other programs, and must notify Congress in writing if funds are used to set up a successor program.
