Duty refunds for listed golf cart tires

This bill would require U.S. Customs and Border Protection to recheck certain import entries of K389 Hole-N-One golf cart tires. The entries are listed in the bill and tied to Monitor Manufacturing Co. (Importer No. 31-162600400). CBP would reliquidate them using the duty rate under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4011.69.00 as of each entry date. CBP would refund any duties paid on those entries, with interest. CBP would have to finish within 90 days after enactment. This would apply even if other laws, including 19 U.S.C. 1514, would normally block a refund.
