Summary
Honors Army Security Agency veterans with a monument at Arlington National Cemetery. This bill would direct the Secretary of the Army to place a monument honoring Army Security Agency veterans who served between 1945 and 1976, covering World War II, the Korean conflict, the Vietnam era, and the Cold War era. If the Secretary cannot find a suitable site inside Arlington, the monument may be placed outside the cemetery entrance. The design must be approved by the Secretary and the National Army Security Agency Association, sit on a non-burial plot, be no larger than 52 inches by 18 inches at the base, and be paid for, built, installed, and maintained by the Association under an agreement with the Secretary.
