Electing Members to certain standing committees of the House of Representatives

Designates Members to standing committees and sets their intra-committee ranking. The resolution names Mr. LaLota to the Committee on Homeland Security ranked immediately after Mr. Crane, Mr. Valadao to the Committee on Agriculture, Mr. Downing to the Committee on Natural Resources, Mr. Yakym to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure ranked immediately after Mr. Ezell, Mr. McCormick to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and Mr. Miller of Ohio to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and it includes the Clerk Kevin F. McCumber's attestation of the appointments.
