This bill would exempt imports from Israel and Ukraine from the reciprocal tariff regime established by the Executive Order titled "Regulating Imports with a Reciprocal Tariff to Rectify Trade Practices that Contribute to Large and Persistent Annual United States Goods Trade Deficits." It would also give the measure the short title "Supporting American Allies Act."

No reciprocal tariffs on Israel, Ukraine
If enacted, this bill would exempt goods imported from Israel and from Ukraine from the special reciprocal tariffs named in an Executive Order. The change would take effect upon enactment. Importers and U.S. businesses that resell or use those goods would likely pay lower tariff costs. Consumers who buy those goods could also pay less. The exemption only covers duties under that Executive Order and does not change other trade rules.
