Restore old D.C. open meeting rules
This bill would repeal the Open Meetings Clarification Emergency Amendment Act of 2025 (D.C. Act 26-41). If enacted, it would restore any D.C. law changed by that Act to how it was before. That would bring back the old notice, access, and participation rules for public meetings in Washington, D.C. Journalists, community groups, local businesses, and people who attend D.C. meetings would see those rules return.
