Transfer Elwha park land to Tribe

If enacted, the bill would direct about 1,082.63 acres in Olympic National Park be taken into trust for the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe and added to the Lower Elwha Reservation. The land would be held in trust and not subject to federal valuation or appraisal rules. The transfer would not make the land 'Indian lands' for gaming law. The Elwha River portion on the land would be managed under Wild and Scenic River rules with necessary modifications. The Interior Secretary would survey the land and may correct minor map or boundary errors. The bill would also preserve rights under the 1855 Treaty of Point No Point.
